Having spent 12 years in London Ross moved to Manchester working for DWF for 12 years and Halliwells for 2 years. |
| Career highlights: | More to come but too date those that stand out include: acting for a property developer letting to a top 50 law firm in London and then dealing with the subsequent sale of the investment ; acting for Littlewoods on their London Oxford Circus development and then the biggest sale in London that particular year ; acting for Manchester Airport in the largest office letting one particular year; devising an institutional lease for hoardings; developing a property extranet system. |

| Outside of work: | Ross is married and has two teenage daughters and a dog. His interests include cars and most things car related, audio visual equipment, going to the cinema and theatre. |
| Personal highlights: | Whilst working as a lifeguard as a student Ross used to teach kids to swim and whilst working in Hong Kong he taught badminton. However his main highlight has been watching his daughters grow up into young women. |
