The Banks

We have noticed that there is little consistency in the way banks treat individual customers, whether large or small. We can provide guidance to clients, particularly in circumstances where there may have been breaches of banking covenants such as loan to value issues.

Opportunities for Growth

Many of our clients see the present environment as an opportunity to advance their businesses, e.g. in retail where there are now much better opportunities to acquire properties at very advantageous terms than had previously been the case. We are also seeing significant growth in our e-commerce and internet based clients. We are delighted that one of them, Eazyfone was in the Sunday Times one hundred fastest growing private companies, number 5, having grown from a £10 million turnover to almost £40 million in 12 months. The growth in e-commerce and the internet requires a particular knowledge and expertise which Berg Legal offer.
